Registration on Tontine.Plus is completely free for users. Only associations are invoiced. We offer simple billing which gives access to all the features of the application. The association receives a single invoice per cycle, the amount of which depends on the number of members and the number of periods in the cycle.

The price depends on the currency of the association. If your currency is not in the list, consider the rate in USD

Frequently asked questions about pricing

Do you have to pay when creating an association?
No, when an association is created, no payment is required. You can create your association and use it for three sessions for free
Is there an evaluation period?

A grace period is granted to the association to test the application and ensure that it meets its needs. This period lasts 3 meeting sessions (Example, if the association holds its meetings every month, this period will be 3 months). However, the invoice is generated for the entire cycle, including the 3 assessment sessions. If the association joined Tontine.Plus during the cycle, only the remaining period of the cycle, from the date it joined the platform will be taken into account in billing.

When are invoices generated?

The first invoice is generated at the first closing of the session. Then, at each closing of the session, the system checks whether new members have been added. An additional invoice is generated if necessary.

What happens if a member is added during the cycle?

If a member is added during the cycle, an additional invoice is generated which takes into account the added members. It is due 2 sessions following the date of creation of the invoice.

What happens if a member leaves the association during the cycle?

If a member leaves the association after the invoice has been paid, no refund will be made. For data integrity reasons, his accounts will be kept until the end of the cycle

What is the refund policy?

If an association decides to close its account after paying its invoice, a pro rata refund of the closed sessions will be made.

What are the means of payment?

Tontine.Plus accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit Cards (Stripe), Mobile Money (Cameroon), Orange Money (Cameroon). Other means of payment are being integrated.
